International orders will be sent by US Priority Mail International. Please note that all international order postage must be calculated manually, we will email you the total shipping cost and ask for your approval prior to shipping your order. (Minimum order for international orders is $50.00 in merchandise) We can only ship to countries for which we can purchase insurance against loss. Customers are responsible for payment of all applicable import duty, fees and taxes imposed at the destination. Packages which are refused at their destination and returned in new condition will be credited less round-trip shipping costs. International customers will always have shipping charges and level of service confirmed by email prior to shipping. Your phone number and email address are mandatory, we can not process your order without these items because they are required on our export documents. International order minimum is $50 excluding shipping and handling. Sorry, we do not export any insecticides or insect repellents.
Minimum orders are not required for domestic orders. Regardless of how small an order may be we are happy that you selected us.
Address Corrections and Package Refusals (customer redirects) are a rare occurrence. An error as simple as a zip code, house number or apartment number will result in an address correction by UPS. When this occurs UPS charges $15.00 for a ground package and $18.00 for an air package. Please make certain to review your internet order and the confirming email since address correction/customer redirects expenses will be passed along to the customer. If a package is refused at delivery time the customer will be billed for the return charges imposed by UPS.
UPS Delivery Guarantees are limited by certain external events including weather related delays, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond their control. The Christmas/Holiday season is also an area where these guarantees are subject to revision. You can see these on the UPS website. We can say that UPS is extremely reliable and professional but that on rare occasion they fail to meet these delivery commitments. Instead of providing a copy of their service guarantees we will commit to you that if you select a priority service level from UPS and if they fail to meet that guarantee will will contact UPS regarding the issue and seek credit for the priority service fees. If we receive a refund from UPS in your behalf, we will credit your account. However, if UPS does not issue the credit we unfortunately will not be able to issue a credit to your account.
